The Microsoft Store never let's me download apps

I have tried to use the Microsoft Store numerous times, but I have NEVER been able to download a single app. It always gives me one error or another. The Microsoft Store is useless, but I absolutely need it now. An app I use for my workflow is only available to download for Windows as a Microsoft app. But I get the SAME error message: "Try that again. Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help." Well, I have been waiting for years, and I'm tired of waiting for someone to fix the unusable, more hassle than utility, Microsoft Store. I need a solution, even if temporary, just for
