I've been unable to find where I could simply re-download the Microsoft Store as the feature is completely missing from Windows. I've confirmed this is affecting multiple local profiles on the system, the Microsoft Store troubleshooter can't find anything wrong (presumably because the feature is missing), and the Microsoft Store reset command results in no change. I've also tried manually upgrading to Windows 11 several times in an attempt to re-download/re-enable that missing feature, but each time the upgrade is about to complete and start installing Windows 11, I receive error 0xc0000005, w
