I connected my headphones (sony xm5) to my win 10 computer. My computer says “connected music” but does not say “connected voice”. Other bluetooth devices I use for my laptop also do not connect to voice. I first noticed this happening a long time ago, but I didn’t need my mic at the time. When I press win+x, it shows my headphones as audio input and output device. I have already tried uninstalling the device in my device manager, and repairing it in bluetooth settings.
