I recently purchased a new computer that came with Windows 11. However, my brother's printer (HL-L2380DW) no longer scans with this version of Windows. One of the reasons I upgraded my computer was to get the new features in Windows 11. I contacted Brother for assistance, and they informed me that the issue is related to Windows 11 rather than a problem with Brother products. Specifically, it pertains to Version 24H2, and Windows needs to provide and develop drivers for this version. Has anyone else had this similar issue?bdskro
