The Intel Core i7-4810MQ is not on the list of compatible i7 processors. Will this processor work with Windows 11?

I am resurrecting an older laptop. I will replace the 512 GB SSD with a new one and purchase a new version of Windows with activation key. I have the Intel Core i7-4810MQ 2.8 GHz 64-bit processor with 32GB RAM. Which is the newest version of Windows that will work with this processor?
