Hi, when I try to shut my computer down, I sometimes get this error "the instruction at 0x00007FFCFFCF8DF6 referenced memory at 0x000000000000010. The memory could not be read.". When it happens it starts lagging a lot and I can barely click the "OK" button, in addition it takes longer to shut down than usual. I did sfc /scannow but it didnt find anything wrong, and I also did full virus scans with different antivirus programs and there wasn't any issue.
