The instruction at 0x00007FFA13B6C003 referenced memory at 0x0000000000000010

Starting from yesterday and after a fresh install of Windows 11 24H2 (26100.3037) I get this error from different programs such as RuntimeBroker.exe and Photos.exe.It appears two times in a row and then disappears for some time.
