I am getting the reply "The following recipient(s) cannot be reached" in outlook 2013, from increasing amount of email adresses which we use on a daily basis and this has become frustrating.
Have checked with our email server Rackspace but they say it is local, and it looks like, since we have no problem when we send mail from webmail application or other mail clients, appart from outlook.
My colleagues have also encountered the same problem and although we share incoming emails, delivery failures do not appear to all users but only to the one that actually did send the mail.
the full email I am receivng back sais:

Sent: 20/2/2019 1:49 μμ
The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:
aaa-bbb on 20/2/2019 1:49 μμ
