The email to my account is no longer functional. How can I log into the account?

Hello, one of my old accounts is connected to an email that is no longer operational and doesn't receive any new emails sent to it. More, I have also forgotten the password to this account and cannot log into it. I have tried all methods I could find and nothing is helpful. Is there any way to change the email to a new one without accessing the account. I have information that can prove I own the account. Thanks
