The dropdown menu is not placed correctly

When I press the three dots shown in the screenshot, the dropdown menu moves up rather than down which makes the dropdown menu not visible unless I minimize the screen. Here is a screenshot to understand what I mean. I'm using windows 11 Pro. Is this a bug? Can it be fixed?
