The drag and drop feature for Copilot is disabled. If I drag a PDF into Copilot, the document is not recognized. When will the drag feature be enabled

The drag and drop feature for Copilot is disabled. If I drag a PDF into Copilot, the document is not recognized. When will the drag feature be enabled again? The paper clip function works, but that's not the use case I need.
