The Challenge Season 40 not showing all episodes

On my Microsoft Surface 5, The Challenge season 40 is missing episode 12, as well as every episode past episode 13. I have reset the cache in the Movies & TV app, have signed in and out. I paid $19.99 for a whole season and am wondering where the rest is or how to fix it.
