The Bluetooth Icon is gone from my quick settings and it is not showing up when I try to "add new settings."

I've been pulling my hair out at this since it was extremely convenient with me switching between my airpods and speaker, also the bluetooth settings are really time consuming and half the time don't work so the quick settings were always my go-to. One day I woke up and it was just gone and I reset the update that happened and now not only is the bluetooth icon gone, but when I try to add it back, the option just isn't available.
