The blue line in the right corner of the screen

Hi, When I start my computer, a pixel line appears on the right side of the screen. It remains while the laptop is running. When taking a screenshot, it is not there. When I hover over it with the mouse, it covers it. I am attaching a photo.Are these problems with the discrete video card, or with the screen itself?
