The birth date is greyed out and I can't change it, help?!

I made the computers birth date jan 1 of 2025 and now it's greyed out and I can't change it. Didn't know it was so important now my computer is babysitting everything I do that is age restricted, what a terrible feature. How do I get the B-day changed or silence the babysitter?
