The backup failed. There is not enough disk space ... When Creating System Image

I've use System Image a number of times before but this time I keep getting the error message: "The backup failed. There is not enough disk space ..." I'm using a Seagate 1TB External drive that has two partitions. The first partition has a System Image I did 7 months ago (about 165GB in size). I reformatted the second partition so it is completely clean and shows that is has 292GB Free. When I try to make a system image to that partition (about 190 GB in size), I keep getting the error message: The backup failed. There is not enough disk space ... I've tried reformatting the partition and even tried another external hard drive that has a partition with 350GB free and still bet the same error message.


Any help will be greatly appreciated.


Win7 64 Bit. Seagate USB 3.0, 1TB Exteranl Drive
