The audio stream processing windows applications with sysvad

I am a newbie.I am building a windows application to process stream audio which sits between your physical microphone and conferencing applications (zoom,skype,google meet,..). For example, when I speak, the sound from the microphone is sent to a processing application (noise gain-reduction) then output in real time to a conference application. I found out is that this needs a virtual audio driver, that is sysvad.But how to develop an application windows with sysvad. This applicanttion will get voice(audio) from zoom (skype,google meet,..) after processing and the output is the speaker. please
