The application was unable to start correctly 0xc00004ac in windows 11 pro

I recently installed windows 11 pro and every 30 to 45 seconds I get this error. I have tried following the steps in other posts about fixing this and nothing has worked. Updating to this new Windows version has essentially made my computer impossible to use because of this error constantly popping up. I need help now.
