The Apple Devices app doesnt work after updating to 24H2

The Apple devices App has stopped working on windows after updating to 24h2(sadly i cannot go back cause its been more than 10 days). While updating/restoring my iPhone through the app it just disconnects,Has anyone found a workaround and is Microsoft looking into the issue?
