"The action can't be completed because the file is open in Shell Infrastructure Host"

hi, im using my pc for the last 7 months and everything worked fine, but in the last few days when im trying to delete a file from the pc. i get the message "The action can't be completed because the file is open in Shell Infrastructure Host". and when im clicking "try again", it shows the same message again, but when im restarting the pc or when i click "exit" and trying to delete the file again a few times, the problem dissapears. there is any way to solve the problem forever?btw my pc's system is windows 11.
