I'm attempting to delete the Steam folder off my computer. It's not a gaming computer and the large amount of space Steam takes up is slowing it down. I attempted to move the folder to the Recycle Bin, but received the message in the title.Doing some research on here, I came across this thread where someone had the same problem. A mod provided what seemed to be a good answer, which was to open the resource monitor and close processes.
