TError Message from Rufus every time I try to download Windows iso to Flashdrive

I have spent a whole day trying to create a flash drive with Rufus trom the Windows Iso file. The error message codes were 715-123130 and 193e89f4-6fbc-4803-8418-6a19b6d6da76 Can anyone help me.? I am tearing my hair out in handfuls!
