Terrific Alternative to ALL (Apps) via Start Menu

This is a FE window that can live on the taskbar & show on all desktops. One can set & use various views, et al the same as with any FE window. Nothing is inside a folder, all apps exposed and easy to view, without heaps of scrolling. Can, of course, be sized & placed wherever on your screen. It is extremely easy to create/have this.
