Teams doesn't release camera after call.

Win11 on Latitude 7450. When you runs Teams with Camera, Then end your call. Teams doesn't release the camera. You will have to close out Teams to be able to use Zoom. Not an ideal solution since we often toggle between the two and rely on Teams for chat messages.
