TCL Roku TV no longer sees Windows 10 PC server

I've been able to watch shared videos from my Windows 10 PC on my TCL Roku TV for years and suddenly the TV will no longer see the Windows server. I've reset the router, reset network adapter, checked ALL network settings and nothing works. Shared media on my Windows PC shows up on other devices as usual. To be clear, I am NOT talking about screen mirroring.Any advice?
