Taskhostw.exe and fake realtek audio driver dont let me deleting them

i repost this because is exactly what is happening to me, hope that _AW_ can save me:Hello, When I download common anti-malwares (such as Avast, Malwarebytes..) they are marked as malicious. When I try to install them in safe mode they don't appear in my folders. In addition, when I look up specifically "Totalvirus" on google chrome it closes chrome automatically. And lastly, when I try to access ProgramData it closes explorer automatically as well. Very suspicious... I downloaded a less common anti-malware of Greatis (UnHackMe) and it allowed me to delete them, resulting in a much lower CP
