In Windows 11 - A window with Taskbar items keeps popping up in the middle of the screen just about every time I move the mouse It stays until I click on it or somewhere else Ideas?

the taskbar is fixed at the bottom of the screen, and there are no built-in options to relocate it to the top, right, or left sides of the screen
