Taskbar shrunk

My taskbar randomly shrunk to a pixel tall. It's still there, but I can't left click anything on it (I can right click). While hovering over the very bottom of the screen, my cursor changes into the arrow, signifying I can stretch the takbar, but when I try to do it, nothing happens. If I move the taskbar to the top of the screen, it's all the same, squished and not visible very well, except now I can access any open tabs. If I move the taskbar to the left or right of the screen, it looks normal.
