Taskbar keeps freezing and can’t search

Hey so my laptop has task bar issues and it’s been freezing since a week ago or something like that ,when ever i open a file or click on a pinned taskbar application it freezes I’ve tried the esc+shift thingy and restarted it a couple of times but it works for a few seconds and then freezes again. My search box doesn’t work either and while it does it doesn’t open the settings i wanted it and freezes . I have ran a couple of virus scans but nothing came up exept onedrive setting which i fixed later on still no change in the freezing and stuff. What’s interesting is that it isn’t just my laptop
