It happened again. After a Windows 11 update in about February, the taskbar lost the ability to appear transparent (or translucent). But then I found a solution to that by posting a question here. The solution involved using ViVeTool GUI and the TranslucentTB app, and it worked great!But now, about July 27, 2023, I installed the latest Windows update: KB5028254. This one disables the taskbar fix, rendering it useless! The taskbar is now opaque again, and I'm getting sick of it!
