Taskbar is lagging, and my volume is very slow I can't volume up and down without it having to lag I cant even put headphones on

There is something wrong i tried to update it and it say retry and plus when I click restart PC it say theres something wrong with my pc, taskbar and all above of volume very slow and can't put my headphone on it can't even sync to the sound on headphone, I can't do anything and its usually taskbar lagging and in general most things lag what should I do?
