Taskbar icons are completely blank on windows 11

Hi there, I have a significant amount of taskbar icons missing on my taskbar and the apps in question all seem to be microsoft apps with the exception of arc browser. As you can see in the attached image, there are a number of blank icons, including MS Teams, windows terminal, notepad, MS Store and Arc Browser. I have tried a number of suggested fixes that I can find online but none of them work. I had this issue before and it got automatically fixed when I received the latest windows feature update.
