Taskbar causing Roblox to lag TONS.

Whenever I am playing Roblox, if I hover over icons on my taskbar, say Bing or Microsoft Store, my game lags and is very choppy, but when I take my mouse off of it and onto Roblox, it runs fine, just as it did before. It seems like it is happening after the newest Microsoft update that I downloaded today. I tried to uninstall, and then restarted my laptop, but it seems to have redownloaded, and now I can't uninstall it at all. It also lags if I put say a video in the corner of my screen while playing, or if I use split screen, please someone help if you can.
