Task Scheduler Running, but does not preform the Action

I have my scheduler running every 15 minutes just to see if it ever completes the task. According to the Last run time it ran, but I get a last run result of (0XC0000409).What this is supposed to do it pull information from a SQL server and save it in an Excel file and save a copy of a PDF for a client. If I run the excel.xlsm by clicking on it, it does everything I need it to do, Once I can verify that it is properly working I will adjust it back to running once a day.I tried to attach a picture but this site keeps says failing to upload pic,
