Task manager internet spiking

I recently installed a trojan virus, I already have factory reset and installed windows 11 about like 3 times now. I'm still worried about my computer still having the virus on it, and my internet on task manager is showing that it is spiking above like 50 mbps, which I am assuming is like the virus downloading even more viruses or other stuff. Also, when I installed windows 11, right when I booted up, there was 3 black command prompt instances popping up for about 1/4th of a second.
