Task manager hangs indefinitely

Hi,I've put together a brand new PC 2 months ago running Windows 11. Works fine, though with one annoying and frequent failure mode. Let's focus on "games" right now cause there's barely anything installed and I only observed the issue with games so far. Not related to a single game, happens to both Path of Exile and Witcher3 (nothing else tested).The primary issue reveals itself in two ways:a) On game start-up,b) on alt-tabbing to the game window (observed it only switching from web browser to a game window).The issue - the game freezes completely.
