Task manager disabled by administrator

My computer is a little slow and I wanted to see if it’s all the tabs that I have running making it slower, but when I went to go to the task manager, it said it was disabled by the administrator (which is me) and I don’t even know how to disable it, I was also just on task manager at the beginning of the day.
