Tapping Text Input with stylus doesn't bring up touch keyboard, but tapping with finger does

I am having trouble with a windows 11 tablet. The onscreen keyboard appears when I press text inputs with my finger, but not with my stylus.Originally, the onscreen keyboard stopped appearing when clicking on text inputs at all. I went to:Time & Language > Typing > Touch Keyboard > Show the touch keyboardand changed this to "always" instead of "when no keyboard attached". That seemed to do the trick when using my finger.It seems Windows thinks there is a keyboard attached when there is not.When I go to:Bluetooth & devices > Pen & Windows Ink> Handwriting panel settin
