Take ownership of multiple folders, sub folder and files within them on a Server 2012 R1

I am looking for a method to take ownership of a folder, all subfolders, and the files that are resident in those folders. The current owner cannot be displayed, and I have been taking ownership of them one folder, and then one file at a time.System is Windows Server 2012 Release 1.Thank you very much.
