Tablet mode not working properly when second monitor is added

So I'm a student and sometimes use my Hp spectre x360 to write my notes on it while watchingmy courses on a second screen. I never had problems with the tablet mode until some months ago. I've noticed that the taskbar doesn't disappear anymore and the icons (and space between them) don't get wider anymore once in tablet modus. Also when I wanted to type something displaied on my second monitor, the virtual keyboard just appeared on my laptop screen, which was perfect.
