SYSVAD - DefaultDeviceChanged handling

Hi

Actually I want do below implementation in SYSVAD. As i am new i could not. please can anyone help me

1. Installation time my device should not set as default audio device

2. Whenever user forcibly trying to set as default device in the sound card panel, i should reject the request as my device should be as default device.
