SystemSettings.exe - Instruction at reference memory could not be read

I recently upgraded to windows 11 pro 24h2After which I am getting SystemSettings.exe - Instruction at <0x00111> referenced memory at <0x00>. The memory could not be read. Click OK to terminate the application.
