Systems and Reserved taking up 178gb of 237gb storage

Hello MicrosoftMy laptop's, a Acer Swift 314-41-R6YG, storage is using 178gb of storage for systems and reserved files of the 237GB, about 75%. My research suggests this should be in and around 20-30 gb I am fairly new to solving laptop issues and am sorry for any amateur language or approaches I am using. As requested I have taken screenshots to back up my numbers but for the life of me I cannot get them to upload. Very frustrating.
