System_thread_exception_not_handled BSOD every ~5 minutes EaseFlt.sys failure

since last night I've been having constant rolling BSODS every 5 minutes and I cant seem to find the issue, from checking the Event viewer it could be something to do with the GameInput Service failing to turn on for some reason. I've tried every possible troubleshooting for this I've been able to find (although that wasnt much) and the issue has still persisted.
