System Writer Missing on Windows server 2008 R2 Std SP1

Hello All,

Could you please help me to resolve the issue?

I have applied all resolutions given in the articles but issue still unresolved state.

Windows6.1-KB2807849-x64 - Hotfix is already installed message.
