System Volume Information is 92 GB large. Is this normal?

I see that the space on my c drive is shrinking although I did not install new software. I noticed that the folder system volume information is 92 GB large.Is this normal?4 large files take most of the space: one 45 GB large, another one 24 GB, one 16 GB and one 5 GBThe name of these files starts with a {8635fb...Under "System Protection for Windows / Restore settings / Disk Space Usage" I also find the 92 GB. I see that the max usage is set to 100% (463 GB).Which value should I set?Can I just move the cursor back and the oldest image / restore points will be deleted?Thanks
