System uses too much Wi-Fi. I wanna terminate it.

Hello, so that's my laptop again having some problems that frustrates me.System is using Wi-Fi more than my apps. Why is this?Updates are paused, services are disabled, still takes 80% of my Wi-Fi speed. Any fix for this?Thanks.
