System Tray use way underestimated by Windows 11

Please!! Anyone?Please explain how to write a command in Command Prompt so that I can add the Clipboard icon back to the system tray WHERE IT BELONGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! in this awful, horrific, cumbersome, gated, shame-on-you-for-releasing-this-trash-MS! Windows 11?????This is the final straw. I'm reverting to Windows 10 after this, if need be.This is a huge accessibility oversight.Not everyone is capable of memorizing even simple Windows+ commands.And, who was bothered by the System Tray having 10+ icons?
