System taking 100% disk

Whenever i open a app, a game, make a new tab on a browser, reload a tap on a browser or literally doing anything the system shoots up to 100% disk for a bit then goes back down but it gets annoying so is there a fix for this? I also already disabled superfetch but it didn't do anything
