System sounds when typing

When I am typing, my key strokes are playing windows system noises. I've turned off all sticky keys notifications sounds and everything else I can find associated with that. It's extremely frustrating and I can't find any way to turn this off. (It's not every key either, and while typing this question in my web browser it's not making the sounds, but when I go back to the desktop, it's sure thing doing it again)I am having this issue while mainly on the desktop, but is happening also when playing games.
